A Biga (pronounced "Bee-Gah") is a bread starter commonly used in Italian baking. All of BIGA's dough is made in-house using a 2-3 day fermentation process, which adds complexity and depth, and makes it super flavorful!
Each and every pizza that is ordered starts with this fresh dough, and is topped with unique and hand-crafted toppings.
One of the things that BIGA is known for is a pizza with a crisp, bubbly, and slightly charred crust. This is because we cook our pies Neopolitan-style in a 900°F wood-fired oven. The process takes about 90 seconds, ensuring a fresh pie at your table within minutes!
Many of our customers enjoy our "casual seating, upscale eating" approach. You should be able to enjoy your craft cocktails, seasonal eats and old-school hip hop, and spend some time with your 3-year-old too! We encourage community, family time, goofiness, and fun. We don’t take ourselves too seriously, but we do take food and service very seriously.
